In most climates, defl'osting will be
necessary on]_ about twice a _eai;
Tohave yourfreezeroperatemost efficiently,
do notpermitmorethan I/2" (13mm)of
frosttoaccumulateon theshelves.
To remove fl'ost, scrape Mth a plastic or
wood spattlla or scI'apeI:
Do not use an ice pick or sharp-edged
instrument as it may damage or scratch the freezer
Do not use any electrical device in defrosting
your freezer.
