Care and cleaning of the freezer.
Cleaning Your Freezer
Outside. Protect
the paint finish. The
finish on the outside
ot the fl'eezer
is a
high quality, baked-on
paint finish.

polish wax when
the freezer
is new and then at least twice a veal:

cloth lightly dampened

polish wax or mild liquid dishwashing
detergent.
Dry and polish
with a clean,
sott cloth. Do not wipe the freezer
with a
soiled dishwashing
cloth or wet towel.
Do not use scouring
pads, powdered
cleanex_,
bleach,
or cleanex_ containing
bleach.
CAUTION: Care shouM be taken in mowng the
freezeraway from the wall. Aft types of floor
coveringscan be damaged,particularly cushioned
coveringsand those with embossedsurfaces.
Inside. Clean the inside of wmr freezer
at
least once a veto: _'e recommend
that the
ti'eezer be unplugged
belin'e cleaning.
If
this is not practical,
wring excess moisture
out of sponge
or cloth when cleaning
in
the vicinity of switches,
lights or controls.
Use w;mn water and baking
soda
solution--about
a tablespoon
of baking
soda to a quart
of water: Rinse thoroughly
with water and wipe d_w: Do not use
cleaning
powde_
or other
abrasive
cleaners.
An open
box of baking
soda in the
fl'eezer Mll absorb
stale freezer

Change
the box eve_T three months.
