Diagnostic Test The diagnostic test checks the circuit board and keys for proper operation. To conduct the diagnostic test; 1. Press [RESET] while pressing and hold- ing down [MENU]. TAPING WHIP ANTENNA After inserting the whip antenna to the antenna base, tape the antenna base and whip antenna with self-vulcanizing tape and vinyl tape to reinforce the whip antenna. 1.
