    Intended use The 3M Dynapro ET 3170 terminal is intended to provide touch screen functions for industrial applications when the terminal is connected to a host computer. The ET 3170 terminal is not intended for use in hazardous locations. Using the terminal in conditions exceeding these ratings will invalidate the warranty and will be solely the user’s risk and responsibility.

    If you need a seal over both the communication and power connections of the terminal, a NEMA 4X Hatch Kit is available from 3M Touch Systems. This kit comes with a standard NEMA 4X hatch and also with an extended hatch that allows more room for bulky connectors or fittings.
