1. Follow the instructions in "Preparing to Work Inside the

3. Depress the battery latch and rotate it out to remove the reserve battery cover.

4. Pull the reserve battery straight out of the computer base.
5. Disconnect the reserve battery cable connector from the speaker connector.

6. To replace the battery, perform the steps used to remove it in reverse order.
