Only the parts shown on parts list, page nine, are
intended to be repaired or replaced by the customer.
All other parts represent an important part of the
double insulation system and should be serviced on-
ly by a qualified service technician.
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts.
Most plastic parts are susceptible to various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their
use. Use clean cloths to remove dirt. carbon dust.
etc.
When electric tools are used on liberglass boals,
sporls cars, wallboard, spackling compounds, or
plaster, it has been found that they are subject to ac-
celerated wear and possible premature failure. as
t h e c h i p s a n d g r i n d i n g s a r e h i g h l y a bra s iv e l o be ar -
ings, brushes, commutator, etc. Consequently it is
not recommended that this tool be used for extend-
ed work on any fiberglass material, wallboard,
s p a c k l i n g c o m po u n d s , o r pl a s te r . D u ri ng a ny u s e on
l h e s e m a t e r i a l s , i t i s e x tr e m e l y i m p ortan t lh at th e
lool is cleaned frequently by blowing with an air jet.
