An analysis might suggest that additional study is needed:
The

were answered incorrectly at least once.
The selected card (Parker's Fort) was answered incorrectly
three out of the four times viewed.
One card (Parker Colony) was answered incorrectly twice.
(Card Score: 0/10) The score for the selected card is 0
points out of a possible 10 points.
(Score: 100/150) The score for the session is 100 points out
of a possible 150 points, or 67 percent.

Scoring

Score values are an optional feature determined when card
stacks are created using the StudyCards™ Creator. The
StudyCards Viewer does not calculate a score unless values are
assigned in the StudyCards Creator. (For information on setting
score values, see the StudyCards Creator Help available with
the StudyCards Creator.)
To calculate the total score for a stack, the StudyCards Viewer
sums the scores for every card in the stack.
