Frozen vegetables, 150g - 450g
1. To cook 150g frozen vegetables, turn the Rotary knob to the left until
"Fr01" lights up in the display
To cook 300g frozen vegetables, turn the Rotary knob to the left until
"Fr02" lights up in the display
To cook 450g frozen vegetables, turn the Rotary knob to the left until
"Fr03" lights up in the display.
2. Touch Start pad
Cooking time will count down.
N.B. There is a pause in the middle of the Auto Cook programme for Frozen vegetables
450 g. The display flashes "Fr03" and beep sounds will be heard.
Simply open the door, stir and move. Then close the door and touch Start.
If you don't open the door, the microwave automatically proceeds after a few
minutes.

Child Safety Lock

• This appliance has a safety feature which prevents the accidental running of the
oven by a child.
Example: To lock the microwave for unauthorised use.
1. Touch Reheat pad once
2. Touch CLEAR/STOP pad 5 times
"LOC" will be indicated in the display.
The microwave is now locked
To cancel Child Lock, simply repeat setting procedure, indicator "LOC" disappears and
time of day reappears.
