When your oven is plugged in for the first time or when power
resumes after a power interruption, the numbers in the display reset

To set: 4:30 hrs
1. Touch Clock pad
2. Turn the Rotary knob to
the right until 4:30 is
indicated in the display
3. Touch Clock pad

"0:00" will flash in the display
"4:30" will flash in the display
"4:30" will be indicated in the
display. Time of day is now set.
