7.2 Replacement of fan (fig. 55)
•
Isolate the boiler from the electrical
supply.
•
Remove front casing as in section
7.1.3, and remove combustion
chamber cover as in section 7.1.5.
•
Disconnect the electrical connections
from the fan.
•
Remove the 2 fan securing screws
(4) and remove fan.
•
Reassemble in reverse order.
•
Re-fit combustion chamber and front
casing.
•
Carry out electrical checks (see
section 5.1).
7.3 Replacement of air pressure
switch (fig. 56)
•
Isolate the boiler from the electrical
supply.
•
Remove front casing as in section
7.1.3.
•
Disconnect electrical connections to
pressure switch
•
Remove screw (1) and lift out
pressure switch.
•
Disconnect air tubes (2) from switch.
•
Reassemble in reverse order.
•
Carry out electrical checks (see
section 5.1).
Note: Air tubes should be reconnected
P1 to white tube.
P2 to blue tube.
(P1 and P2 are marked on air
pressure switch).
