The print orientation and page separation position change when printing. Why does this
happen?
When you print iWork and Microsoft Office files that are set in landscape orientation, the data is
printed in landscape orientation on portrait orientated sheets of paper. Also, page separation
positions set in iWork and Microsoft Office files may change when printed.
When I send a print job to the printer, the printer does not respond. Why does this
happen?
Check the following:
Is the printer turned on?
Is the printer's LPD (LPR) print settings set to [On]?
Is the printer online?
Searching for a printer takes a long time. Why does this happen?
The printer searching process normally takes about 20 seconds.
In [Settings] - [Wi-Fi] - access point name - [DNS] in the iOS, if the IP address of a DNS that does
not exist or is not operating correctly has been input, a timeout is generated during the host name
acquisition process, therefore the printer searching process may take some time.
