Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems with the operation of the uPhoria Massager, please check the
following points to see if they can be rectified. If the uPhoria Massager still malfunctions or
does not work, please turn off the uPhoria Massager and remove the power plug from the
electrical outlet. C

Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uPhoria Massager yourself. Doing so will
void the warranty and Brookstone will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent
consequences.
Problem
• Motor sound during operation.
• The massage stops midway.
• The uPhoria Massager will not start.

Possible Cause / Action
• The sound is the result of the
mechanical structure in operation
and not a malfunction.
• The Auto Timer function
of 15 minutes may have lapsed.
• The [ ] button on the Control
Panel was pressed accidentally.
• The overheat protection device may
have been activated. Turn off the
Main switch and allow the uPhoria
Massager to cool down at least 30
minutes before using it again.
• Check that the power plug is securely
connected to the electrical outlet.
• Check that the electrical outlet is
switched on.
