Proactive Manager User's Guide

Proactive Campaigns

Proactive Campaigns are created in the Resource Manager module (see User
Guide for Resource Manager). Once a Proactive Campaign has been started it
is not possible to delete it in Resource Manager module, nor is it possible to
detach a list from a Proactive Campaign once the campaign is active and
running.
After a Proactive Campaign is defined in the Resource Manager module, the
new campaign will not appear in the Proactive List Manager until you
synchronize the data.
