    OPERATING YOUR WINE COOLER It is recommended you install the wine cooler in a place where the ambient temperature is between 72º-78ºF. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example, placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to fluctuate and the range of 46º-64ºF may not be reached.

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Always unplug the unit before cleaning or performing maintenance. • Never use harsh cleansers or scouring pads to clean any part of the unit. • Turn off the power, unplug the appliance and remove all items including shelves.
