NOTE: Only one triple-wide module can be installed in an enclosure since each
enclosure requires at least one CMM module. The bottom location is
recommended.
If using the AOC-IBH-002, AOC-IBH-XQS or AOC-IBH-XDS single-port
InfiniBand mezzanine card, the InfiniBand pass-through module MUST be
installed in the bottom location.
