If exhaust ducting with a diameter of
less than 150 mm or flat ducting were
to be used the noise level of the cooker
hood would increase and extraction
would be less efficient.
– If the cooker hood is to be con-
nected to an external fan, first make
the required hole
must be 65 x 30 mm in order to feed
the six pole connecting plug
through. Then feed the connecting
cable to the external fan.
If required the extension cable sup-
plied with the external fan should be
used.
– Drill four ø 10 mm holes in the ceil-
ing, and plug with S10 plugs.
The fixings supplied are for use in
concrete ceilings. For other types of
ceiling alternative suitable fixings
will be required.

– Attach the ventilation ducting to the
exhaust stub on the ceiling plate and
secure using the hose clip.
– Insert the two spring retainers from
below into the slots provided in the
ceiling plate.
