Cottons
Fabric Cotton, linen or cotton mix fabrics, e.g. table linen, towelling,
underwear, T-shirts etc.
Note for test institutes:
Short programme: 3.5 kg load and Short extra option
Minimum iron
Fabric Synthetic and mixed fibre garments as well as easy care cottons.
If fabrics have a high proportion of man-made fibres it is advisable
to programme the machine for "Gentle action". See
"Programmable functions".
Note Reduce the spin speed for fabrics which crease easily.
Delicates
Fabric For delicate garments made of synthetic fibres, mixed fibres,
rayon and easy care cottons.
Note Select No
Woollens
Fabric Machine-washable or hand-washable wool or wool blend fabrics.
If the care label does not specify a temperature, wash using the
cold setting.
Note Reduce the spin speed for items which crease easily.
Proofing
Item For treating microfibre fabrics, skiwear, and table linen made from
mainly synthetic fibres to provide a water and stain resistant finish.
Notes – The items should be freshly laundered and spun or dried before
