Cleaning and care
Should any sugar, plastic or
aluminium foil spill or fall on to a hot
cooking zone while it is in use, first
switch off the cooking zone. Then, im-
mediately, while it is still hot, scrape off
all remains of these materials using a
shielded scraper blade. Take care not
to burn yourself.
Allow the cooking zone to cool down
and then clean with a suitable
proprietary ceramic cleaner.
