Installation and connection
Matching the facia panel to the
height of adjacent drawer fronts
The adapter can be height adjusted to
match the height of adjacent drawer
fronts by:
– adjusting the nuts
or
– removing one or more of the adapter
strips.
Adapter strip adjustment range:
– max. 10 mm upwards (see arrows in
the illustration),
– max. 25 mm downwards (this
requires additional adapter strip(s)
available from your Miele Dealer or
the Spare Parts Dept.).
After adjustments have been made,
cut or pinch off any excess length
from the screws.

Fitting the front panel

The machine front can be fitted with a
decor panel to match kitchen units.
If fitted in a MIELE kitchen, a front panel
can be ordered pre-drilled with the
necessary fixing holes.
If fitted in a non-Miele kitchen, a
suitable panel will have to be drilled
to suit by a qualified kitchen fitter in
accordance with Miele
specifications.
The rear side of the panel must be
completely flat (without profile). Any
unevenness must be levelled out.
Front panel dimensions:
Height: . . . . . . . . 570 mm (+10/- 25mm)
Width: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 588 - 596 mm
Thickness: . max. 19 mm (at the edges)
Use the template supplied to locate
and drill the fixing holes in non-Miele
kitchens.
