Problem
The door cannot be
opened during or after
drying.

Possible cause
For safety reasons the
door cannot be
opened when the
internal temperature is
above 70°C.
Remedy
Option 1
Wait until the temperature has
dropped below 70°C and then
open the door.
Option 2
Select the cooling down
phase*:
– Turn the DRYING
programme selector to the
Finish position .
– Turn the DRYING
programme selector imme-
diately to a programme:
the Cooling down indicator
lamp will light up and the
cooling down phase has
been selected.
– At the end of the cooling
down phase (the Anti-
crease/ Finish light comes
on), you can open the door.
* If the drying programme has
already finished, first start a
new drying programme for a
few minutes.
Option 3
Activate the programmable
function "Opening the door at
high temperatures".
