Possible Cause
The incoming video signal is not
properly grounded .
The PowerCenter protection circuitry
has sacrificed itself to protect connected
equipment from a catastrophic surge .
Power draw of device plugged into
Wall Tap is not high enough to activate
GreenPower outlets .
Remedy
• Contact your cable or satellite provider to correct
your installation .
• The PowerCenter must be replaced. See the Warranty
Information section for important details .
• Follow program instructions on page 30.
