    WARNING • The battery must be handled by adults only. The battery is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the battery could result in serious injury. • Never allow children to charge the battery. Battery charging must be done by adults only.
  • Page 8 Incorrect • Plug the charger and battery connectors together. Push firmly to snap the two connectors together. Battery Charging NO GAP • Plug the charger into a standard 120 volt wall outlet. Note: If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”.

    Cover Plate Louvers • Fit the cover plate over the opening above the louvers in the front of the vehicle body. • Insert two # 8 x " screws through the cover plate and into the vehicle body. • Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
  • Page 10 • Fit a cap nut on the end of the rear axle. • Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the end of the rear axle. • Pull on the wheel to make sure the cap nut is securely fastened.
