Using the MPEG NR feature
The MPEG NR (noise reduction) feature allows you to reduce visible
interference caused by MPEG compression.
1. Press MENU, and then press • or I_ until the PICTURE menu
appears.
2. Press • or • to highlight PICTURE
SETTINGS,
and then press
ENTER.
The PICTURE SETTINGS
menu appears.
3. Press • or • to highlight MPEG NR.

4. Press • or I_ to select LOW, MIDDLE,
HIGH, or OFF.
Using the CableClear"
DNR feature
CableClear c_DNR reduces visible interference in your TV picture.
This is usefld when receiving a broadcast with a weak signal or playing
a video cassette or disc damaged by repeated use.
To turn on CableClear DNR:
1. Press MENU, and then press • or I_ until the PICTURE
menu
appears.
2. Press • or • to highlight PICTURE SETTINGS,
and then press
ENTER.
The PICTURE
SETTINGS
menu appears.
3. Press • or • to highlight CableClear DNR.

4. Press • or I_ to select LOW, MIDDLE,
HIGH, or AUTO.
To turn off"CableClear DNR:
Select OFF in step 4 above.
Note:
• Tbe CableClear '_ DNR feature works with
480i input sources only
• When tbe TVis in ColorStream orHDMI
mode, tbe words "CableClear DNR" will
cbange to "DNR" in tbe menu.
• DNR is not selectable in HDMI mode.
