You can cancel an alarm that is set.
Select [Off] in Step 5 on p.209.

Press the OK button.
Press the four-way controller (T) to select [Settings
complete],
Press the OK button,
[Alarm] is set to [] (Off) and the [_ Setting] menu reappears.
Press the MENU button.
The previous screen reappears.
