Assembly Removing the Old Cutting Attachment Shield Remove the Existing Cutting Attachment Shield. IMPORTANT! Socket-Head You must know the model designation of the unit before Cap Screws you begin. Some units have an outer tube of a different diameter so the correct size parts must be used to secure Shim Bracket the shield properly.

New Cutting Attachment Shield Assemble the Cutting Attachment Shield to the Outer Tube. Socket-head Cap Cutting Attachment Shield 1. Attach cutting attachment shield Screws mounting plate to gear case hous- ing using clamp screw, washer, and retaining nut, and tighten finger tight. Upper Clamp 2.
