Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below before taking the set for repair. If you are unable
to remedy a problem by following these hints, consult you retailer or service professional.

PROBLEM
No sound
Unit buttons/knobs are not
working
Radio poor reception
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Headphones are connected.
Volume not adjusted.
Power cord is not correctly
connected.
Electrostatic discharge.
Weak radio aerial signal.
Interference caused by the
vicinity of electrical
equipment like TVs, Video
Recorders, Computer,
Thermostats, Fluorescent
Lamps (TL) engines etc.

REMEDY
Disconnect the headphones.
Adjust the Volume.
Connect the power cord
properly.
Turn off the unit, disconnect
the mains plug, and reconnect
after a few seconds.
Aim the aerial for best
reception, and ensure it is fully
extended.
Keep the unit away from other
electrical equipment
