/ Set the commandmodeforthe remotesoit
matchesthe command modefor the
recorderyou set above.
Follow the steps below to set the command
mode on the remote.
(_) Hold down ENTER.
@ While holding down ENTER, enter the
command mode code number using the
number buttons.
Command Mode Code number
DVDI immber button 1
DVD2 number butten 2
DVD3 number butten 3
(_) HoM down both the number buttons and
ENTER at the same time for more than
three seconds.
To returnto the previousdisplay
Press o_ RETURN.
To checkthe command modefor the recorder
Press • (stop) on the recorder when the recorder
is turned off. The command mode liar the recorder
appears in the front panel display.
II the colnmand mode for the recorder has
not
been changed, set the command mode for the
remole to file default setting of DVD3. II the
command mode for the remote is changed to
DVDI or DVD2, you will be unable Io opel'ale
this recorder.
