Verify the controller's jumper settings are as follows:

Touchscreen Type
Stream Mode
No Interrupt (software selected) J3-N
Base I/O Port (in hex)
J10 and J11 elsewhere on the controller should not be jumpered.
Jumpers cross-connected vertically on the right side of the jumper block have no
effect and are available as extra jumpers.
