is off,

If an outside antenna is connected
to the TV receiver, be sure the antenna
system is grounded
so as to provide some protection
against voltage surges

Electrical Code and ira Canada, Part 1 of the Canadian Electrical Code

with respect to proper
grounding
of the antenna
