Sleep Timer Operation
E;y setting the Sleep Timer, you can
program your TV or FM radio to turn
itself off after a certain period of time
01p to four hours). This is useful
whenever you want to watch TV or
listen to the radio for an hour or so
before going to sleep.
Setting the Sleep Timer
1. Press MENU until SETUP is
highlighted. Then press + to select
the SETUP menu.
4. When the Sleep Timer is turned on,
the letters SLP appear on the screen
whenever you change channels or
stations or press DISPLAY.
2. Press + to select the length of time
you want the TV to stay on. Each
press of the + button adds 30
minutes. Each press of the - button
subtracts 30 minutes.
5. Repeat step 1 to see the amount of
time remaining before the TV shuts
itself off.

3. When finished, the display
disappears from the screen in a few
seconds. To make it disappear
more quickly, press DONE on the
remote.
6. When the Sleep Timer counts down
to one minute, the Sleep Timer
display appears on the screen.
When this display appears, press
DONE to cancel the Sleep Timer
if you want the TV or radio to
remain on.
Cancelling Sleep Timer
Press MENU until SETUP is highlighted.
Then press + to select the SETUP menu.
Press the - button until the screen
shows "-:- -"
