A digital interface

to convert
analog signals into digital signals to accommodate
both analog and digital
monitors.

quality

signals are combined
to provide
only one video
signal.

screen televisions
have a ratio of 16 by 9, conventional
screen TV sets have a ratio of 4 by 3.
