Using your remote control to operate your VCR
After you have set up your remote control for your particular brand of VCR,
you can use the remote to operate your VCR.
{[} Set the TV/VCR/AUX switch on the remote control to "VCR" or
"AUXY
O Point the remote control at the VCR and press the desired buttons.
If you are using a Mitsubishi VCR, you will be able to use all of the buttons
on the remote control to operate your VCR except for MUTING and VOLUME
function buttons.
If you are using another brand of VCR, you can u:;e the POWER, SCAN,
REC, STOR PAUSE, PEW, PLA_; and FF buttons to operate yoar VCR.
Using your remote control to operate your cable box
After you have set up your remote control for your particular brand of cable
box, you can use the remote to operate your cable box.
I[} Set the TV/VCR/AUX switch on the remote control to "AUX" or
"VCRY
Point the remote control at the cable box and press the desired buttons.
Only the POWER and SCAN buttons can be used when operating your
cable box.
