Pipe the supplyand return in oneof two ways:
1) Pipe the supply from the top of the rearsectionand
return to the bottomof the front section.Use the 3/4"
tappinginthe top of the back sectionfor air elimination.
2) As an acceptablealternative,pipe the supplyfrom the
top of the front sectionandreturnto the bottomof the
rearsection.Providean air eliminationmeanswithin the
supply piping.

2 - Mountthe burnerto the burner mountingplate(3) Figure4 withfour5/16" studs andnuts provided.
BE SUREHIGHTEMPGASKETIS BETWEENTHE BURNERMOUNTINGFLANGEANDTHE BURNERMOUNTINGPLATE.
3 - Routethe oillinesto avoid interference w henopeningthe platefor boilerservicing.Useflexibleoillinesor copper. W henusing flexible oil lines,
providetubing long enough to allowthe plateto swingfreelyover its entire range.When using copper,installflared copperdisconnectswithvalves.
4 - See Figure7 for Oil Burner Specifications. I f exceeding 100PSI pumppressureon burnersshown at 100 PSI, see chart on page 13 to determine
the requiredreductionin nozzle size.
