Direct calling

The browser supports functions that
you can access while browsing. You
can make a phone call, send DTMF
tones while a voice call is in
progress, and save a name and a
phone number from a page.

Appearance settings of the

browser

While browsing, press
select Other options
settings, or in standby mode, press
Menu, and select Web,
Appearance settings.
• Select Text wrapping. Select
and the text continues on the
next line. If you select Off, the
text will be abbreviated.
• Select Font size
Normal or Large.
• Select Show images. Select
and any pictures appearing on
the page are not shown. This can
speed up the browsing of pages
that contain a lot of pictures.
• Select Alerts and select
unsecure connection

secure connection changes to an
unsecure one during browsing.

Cookies

A cookie is data that a site saves in
your phone's browser cache memory.
Cookies will be saved until you clear
the cache memory, see
memory" on page 77.
While browsing, press
select Other options,
Cookie settings, or in standby mode,
press Menu, and select Web,
Settings, Security settings
Cookies. Select Allow
allow or prevent the phone receiving
cookies.

Bookmarks

While browsing you can save page
addresses as bookmarks in the
phone's memory, see
browsing" on page 74. To use the
