How to change Disconnect cleaner from electri- cal outlet. To change throw away bag, unzip outer bag, grasp sides of bag collar and pull collar from tube. Note: Do not clean out old bag and re-use. Discard used bag. Install new bag by pushing bottom of bag collar and then top firmly onto tube.

The belts The belts on your HOOVER cleaner cause the agitator rotate and are important for the effective operation of the cleaner. The belts are located under the bottom plate of the cleaner should be checked from time to time to be sure they are in good condition.
