Troubleshooting
Problem
My cell phone
disconnects with the
telephone base.
My cell phone is
connected to the
telephone base, but I
cannot make a CELL
call.
Bluetooth System
Busy appears on the
display.
The PIN on the
telephone base does
not work.
I cannot hear
any audio on my
telephone system
when on a CELL call.

Suggeston
• Turn off your cell phone, then turn t on agan.
Make sure that you are not usng your cell phone when on a CELL call.

Verfy that the LS5146 s an authorzed devce on your cell phone and s allowed to connect

automatically without confirmation (refer to user's manual of your cell phone for more
nformaton).
• Make sure that your cell phone s connected and on the Active Devices lst (page 26) and t s n
dle mode when you are tryng to make a CELL call.
• Make sure that your cell phone s compatble.
• For some smartphones, make sure that the cellular functon s turned on.
• Make sure that your cell phone s n dle mode when connected and on the Active Devices lst.
• Make sure that your cell phone or headset s not connected to any other Bluetooth devce.
• The LS5146 can only use one Bluetooth devce at a tme.
The default PIN s 0000.

• If you change the PIN on the telephone base, t wll appear on the telephone base dsplay n the
parng process.
• Reset the telephone base. Unplug the unt's electrcal power and remove any spare batteres.
Wat for approxmately 15 seconds, then plug t back n.
• Turn off your cell phone, then turn t on agan.
