+12VD Reference to Chassis,
power up the display board
If console has no power
If light is ON, you have
12V power to the upper
board
Check I/O cable
connections to the upper
and lower boards, if they
are good
Replace

power to the DC buffer
Check the ILT4
If ILT4 is ON replace
the motor

LED = DT5
Light is ON
If light is NOT ON you
don't have power to
the upper board
Replace lower board

Belt motor power DC bus energized
You are receiving a speed signal from
upper board
If ILT4 is NOT ON
replace the lower board
There is power to the console but
Light is ON you have
speed command from the
upper board
Check I/O cable
connections to the upper
board, if they are good
Replace

If light is NOT ON check DT6
If DT6 is ON, but DT9 is not replace the
lowere board
LED = DT6
Color = Red
Normal Operations
Light is BLINKING
Speed command signal from
the display panel
no belt movement
Light is NOT ON you have
no speed command from
the upper board
