INSTALLING/REMOVING
AUXILIARY
HANDLE
ASSEMBLY
See Figure 2.
An auxiliary handle is packed with the saw for ease of
operation and to help prevent loss of control. An auxiliary
handle cap has also been supplied to cover the auxiliary
handle slot when the handle is not in use.
To install auxiliary handle:
[] Remove hex key from hex key storage area.
[] Remove auxilary handle cap (if attached) by removing
auxilary handle cap screws with hex key.
[] Insert auxiliary handle into slot.
[] Install and tighten screws through slots on the auxiliary
handle into cut-out saw with hex key.
[] Insert hex key back into hex key storage area.
To remove auxiliary
handle:
[] Remove hex key from hex key storage area.
[] Remove screws in auxiliary handle with hex key.
[] Remove auxiliary handle and replace with auxiliary
handle cap.
[] Install and tighten screws through slots on the auxiliary
cap into cut-out saw with hex key.
[] Insert hex key back into hex key storage area.
NOTE: Always hold the tool by its motor housing or the
auxiliary handle.
