Replace defective parts before using belt disc
sander again,.
Consult Sears Service. Any attempt to repair this
motor may create a HAZARD unless repair is
done by a qualified service technician Repair
service is available at your nearest Sears Store
Increase belt tension, see Assembly Section,
"Motor Pulley Belt Guard and Motor
Installation."
Ease up on pressure
Adjust tension, see Assembly Section, "Installing
and Adjusting Abrasive Belt."
Abrasive Belt Slips Not enough tension Adjust tension, see Assembly Section, "Installing
and Adjusting Abrasive Belt."
Abrasive Belt tuns Not tracking properly Adjust tracking, see Assembly Section, "Installing
off pulleys, and Adjusting Abrasive Belt."
Not enough tension. Adjust tension, see Assembly Section, "Installing
