SIDE HANDLE ATTACHMENT:
NOTE: Holes in the unit are tapped requiring
no nuts for installation.
• Attach each handle using four 1/4-20 x 5/8
screws. Tighten with a screwdriver.
• Install hole plugs over screws.

• To remove, reverse the procedure.
• Handles are attached to both sides.
SIDE CABINET - SIDE LOCKER
ATTACHMENT:
• Remove the handle from the side of the
cabinet that the side cabinet wilt hang
from. (See side handle attachment.)
The
handle will be reattached to end of the
side cabinet.
• Attach (2) support brackets to the tapped
holes in the underside of roller cabinet,
using (2) 5/16-1/8 hex screws in each
bracket.

SIDE CABINETS:
• Take the removable top off of the side
cabinet.
• Place side cabinet on lower bracket, as
shown. (Note: Use adequate personnel
for this operation.)
• Hook upper bracket over edges of roller
cabinet and side cabinet.
• Attach upper bracket to top of side
cabinet with (2) 5/16-18 x 1 hex screws.

SIDE LOCKERS
OPTION 1:
Mounting side locker to roller cabinets
with canopy.
To mount side locker to roller cabinets
without a canopy, go to option 2.
• Attach upper mounting bracket to side
locker using (2) 5/16-18 X 1 hex screws.
Note: use back holes in each set. Screws
should be in center of slots in upper
mounting bracket to allow for adjustment.
• Wrench tighten. (Screws may be
loosened later to adjust side locker
location.)

• Place the side locker on lower brackets
and position as desired. (Note: Use
adequate personnel for this operation.)
• Mark (2) pilot hole locations on canopy
using square holes in top bracket as a
template.
• Move side locker for access.
• Drill (2) 3/16" pilot holes in canopy top.
• Reposition locker and attach upper
bracket to canopy using (2) #14-10 X
5/8" screws.
• Wrench tighten. (Do not overtighten.)
• Loosen screws holding top bracket to
side locker and adjust if desired.
• Wrench tighten screws.
Option 2:
Mounting side lockers to roller cabinets
without
a canopy.
• Attach hanger bracket to side locker
using (4) 1/4-20 X 7/16 hex screw as
shown. Note: use back holes in each set.
• Wrench tighten.

Hook hanger bracket over edge of roller
cabinet and place bottom edge of locker
in notches of lower brackets. (Use
adequate personnel for this operation.)
REMOVING
AND INSTALLING
DRAWERS:
Note: The drawers in these units can be
rearranged
to fit your specific needs.This
means that drawers may be moved or
replaced as desired. For example, a 6-inch
drawer may be replaced by a 2-inch and a 4-
inch drawer, or three 2-inch drawers. The
quick release slides detach easily from the
drawers and the unit.
• Empty the drawer.
• Fully extend the drawer.
• Lever Style-Lift
the release lever on the right
side, while depressing
the lever on the left
side, (this allows the slides to ride over the
stops). Pull out to remove.
Tab Style-Depress
the release tab on both
sides, (this allows the slides to ride over the
stops).
• Pull out to remove.
• To reinstall, push the drawer into the slides
until the drawer stops.
• Shallow drawers in doored units may be
inverted as a roll out shelf.
