pad controls normal baking. If preheating is necessary, refer to the
Preheat Feature for instructions. The oven can be programmed to bake at any
temperature from 170 ° F to 550 ° F (The sample shown below is for 350°F).
To set the Bake Temperatureto 350°F:
1.
Arrange interior oven racks and place food in oven.
2.
Press _

"- - - °" will appear in the display (Figure 1 ).

(Figure 2). "350 °'' will appearin the display,

Press _

A beep will sound once the oven temperature reaches 350°F
and the display will show "350 °'' (Figure 3).
Pressing @ or @
will cancel the Bake feature at any time.
To changethe Bake Temperature (example changingfrom 350° to 425°F):

After the oven has already been set to bake at 350°F and the oven temperature
needs to be changed to 425°F, press (_
or @
(Figure 4) and "---°

show in the display.

(Figure 5). "425 °" will appear in the display.

Note: If the oven was recently heated from prior cooking and has remaining
heat, the bake element symbol may not show in the display immediately.

Air Circulation in the Overt
For good air circulation
in the oven and best baking results, center pans as much as
possible. Allow 5.1 to 10.2cm (2" to 4") around the utensil(s) for proper air circulation and be
sure pans do not touch each other, the door, sides or back of oven. The hot air must circulate
around the pans in the oven for even heat to reach all parts of the oven.
If using multiple
pans, stagger
as shown.
If using one pan, place in center
of oven.
