LED WORKLIGHT
(Fig. 4)
The LED worklight, located above the tool-less blade clamp of this tool, will illuminate
when the jig saw is turned on. This provides additional light on the surface of the
workpiece for operation in lower-light conditions.
The LED worklight will turn off when the jig saw is turned off.
FUELGAUGE
(Fig. 5)
This tool is equipped with a FuelGauge that
indicates the battery pack charge level.
The green LED on the FuelGauge indicates
that the battery is fully charged.
The orange LED on the FuelGauge
indicates that the battery has used
approximately one half of its charge.
The red LED on the FuelGauge indicates
the battery pack is depleted and needs to
be charged.

ELECTRIC BRAKE
To stop the jig saw, slide the lock ON/OFF switch forward and allow the tool to come
to a complete stop. The electric brake quickly stops the saw blade. This feature
engages automatically when the switch is turned off.
INSTALLING THE SAW BLADE (Figs. 6a - 6c)
The blade holder must be in the unlocked position for the jigsaw blade to be installed
properly (Fig. 6a).
