1. Enter ThinkPad Setup to stop battery discharge. Refer to "Before replacing CRU" on page 75 for
detailed instruction.
2. Find the SIM card slot at the rear side of the computer. Refer to "Rear view" on page 8 to locate
the SIM card slot.
3. Open the SIM card slot cover.
4. Push the SIM card inward a little, the SIM card pops out. Gently slide the SIM card out of the slot.
5. Insert the new SIM card firmly into the slot until you hear a click.
6. Close the SIM card slot cover.
