support: Operating Hours: Mon.-Fri. 6am to 8pm
Sat.-Sun. 7am to 4pm (PT).
Worry-Free Productivity
Your business depends on the consistent performance of
your digital color proofing system. So your EPSON Preferred
Protection Plan also comes with a worry-free product
exchange. In the unlikely event our representatives can't
solve a technical problem over the phone, we'll supply you
with a replacement unit usually within the next business
day.
Extended Coverage
If you opt for longer-term support, our optional EPSON
Preferred Plus Protection Plans extend the same valuable
warranty for an additional one or two year term. You
can continue to take advantage of the same excellent
access to technical support and guaranteed replacement
