Symptom
• The iPod/iPhone does not turn on or does not
work.
• Sound is distorted.
• Playback stops.
• "No Files" appears on the screen.
• No operations are available when playing back
a track containing Artwork.
• "Restricted Device" appears on the screen.
• "Disconnect" appears on the
screen.
• "Reset01" – "Reset07" appears
on the screen.
• "Reset08" appears on the screen. Check the connection between the adapter and this

Remedy/Cause
• Check the connecting cable and its connection.
• Update the firmware version.
• Charge the battery.
• Check whether "HEAD MODE" or "iPod MODE" is
correctly selected. (
• Reset the iPod/iPhone.
Deactivate the equalizer either on this unit or the
iPod/iPhone.
The headphones are disconnected during playback.
Restart playback.
No tracks are stored. Import tracks to the iPod/iPhone.
Operate the unit after the Artwork is loaded. (
Check whether the connected iPod/iPhone is
compatible with this unit. (
Check the connection.
Disconnect the adapter from both this unit and iPod.
Then, connect them again.
