Clean stainless steel surfaces with a mild solution of detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. You may also use Dacor Stainless Steel Cleaner on the stainless steel surfaces. Use it according to the directions on the package.

Door Gasket (Seal) Optional Roast/Broil Pan with "V" Shaped Rack Your roast/broil pan has a porcelain enamel finish. When you clean it, use a solution of detergent and hot water. If your roast/ broil pan is heavily soiled, use a scouring pad and plenty of water. Rinse it well after cleaning.
