Playing Back a Tape

1 Set the [OFF/ON] Switch (_ to [ON].

2 Set tile Mode Dial _ to Tape Playback
Mode.
3 Press the [4_1] Button _ to rewind the
tape.
• Rewind the tape to the point whore you want
to start playback.
wWhcn thet;.tpc re;.tchcs the beginning,
rewinding stops automatically.
4 Press the [Iw] Button @ to start playback.
wThc [_j Indic:ttion appears,
• If ;_tcsssette reoolded with a copyright
protcution sign;.tlis pl;.tyed bau_:, the picIure is
distorted by mocaic-Ii_:c patterns.
TO Stop Playback
Press the ii] Button (3_.
• Adjusting the Sound Volume
To sdjust the volume, push the [-VOIJJOG+]
Lever (_ to displsy the LVOLUME] Indication.
Push the [-VOL/JOG÷] Lever towsrds LTjto
inurcase the volume or push the I-VOL!JOG+I
Lever towards [WJ to dcurease the volume. The
[VOLUMEj Indication goes off ailcr the
sdjustment is finished.
To sdjust the volume with the Remote Controller,
press the IT] or LWJButton to display the
[VOLUME 1 Indication. Press the LTJButton to
inurcase the volume or press the CWlButton to
decrease the volume. The [VOLUMEj Indicstion
goes Off sftcr the adjustment is finished.

• The sound volume cannot be adjusted using the
Remote Contrellcr in Playbsuk Zoom Mode.
