audio
data
to your
computer
This section explains how lo record and siore audio data from an audio CD Io |he hard disk
drive of your computer.
The procedure
in ibis section is used |o record all tracks on an audio CD, 'lk_ record only
specific tracks from a CD, or from other sound sources, see |he online help for details
(page 48).
Note
The system
may malfunction
if your eompllter changes to system
suspend
or hibernation
mode _vtale
the sol, ware is playing,
recording,
Or connecting
to an external
d_vice or media*
such as a Net MD.
Make sure to disable
any changes
to suspend
or hibernation
mode. gee page 53 for details.
* For _his software,
the word "MD"
re f_crs to the built-in MD slol on file computer,
and "Device/
Media" to a Net MD that is externally
connected
over a U SB cable.
Starting SonicStage
Do one of the following:
• Double
click c,_,, ([SonicStage]
icon) on the computer.
• Select [Start] - [Programs]*
- [SonicStage]
- [SonicStage].
* [All Programs] in the case of Windows XP
SonicStage
starts up and the main window
appears.
