A "Memory Stick" is a compact, portable
IC recording mediun/with a data capacity
that exceeds the capacity of a floppy disk.
You can use only a "Memory Stick Duo."
which is about the half size uf a standard
"Memory Stick" in your camcurder.
However. appearance oil the list beluw does
not guarantee the operation of all types of
"Memory Stick Duo" in your camcorder.

screen of your calncorder,

tile display of a compuler.
• A "Menlol T Stick Duo" lomlalted by a
conlputer (Windows OS/Mac OS) does not have
guaranleed compatibilily wilh your camcorder.
• Data mad/write speed may vary depending on
lhe combination of the "Memory Stick" and
"Memory Stick" complianl product you use.

You cm/prevent accidental erasure uf
images when you slide the write-protect tab
on tile "Memury Stick Duo" with a small
tapered object, to the write-protect position.
Notes on use
Damaged or lost image data will not be
compensated for. and may uccur in the
following cases:
• If you ejecl tile "Memory Stick Duo," turn the
power oil on your canlcorder, or mnlove the
battery pack lor replacement while your
camcorder is reading or writing image files on
the "Memo W Stick Duo" (while tile access lamp
is lit or flashing).
• If you use the "Memory Stick Du<f' near
nlagnets or inagnetic fields.
It is recommended you make a back-up uf
important data on the hard disk of a
computer.
