Manual Sensor Cleaning _
Dust which could not be removed by the automatic sensor cleaning can
be removed manually with a blower, etc.
The surface of the image sensor is extremely delicate. If the
sensor needs to be cleaned directly, having it done by a Canon
Service Center is recommended.
Before cleaning the sensor, detach the lens from the camera.
Select [Sensor cleaning].
_ Under the [_'=] tab, select [Sensor
cleaning], then press <__>.
_, Select [Clean manually].
_ Select [Clean manually], then press

Select [OK].
_4 Select [OK], then press <__>.
_y,, I n a moment, the reflex mirror will
Iockup and the shutter will open.
_ "CLn" will blink on the LCD panel.
_,, End the cleaning.
_ Set the power switch to <OFF>.
AS power Source, Using the Ac Adaptor Kit ACK_E6 (s01d Separately) is
recommended.
